DESIGN:
The design process begins with a visit to the client’s residence in Auburn, CA, where we take pictures of the existing kitchen or bathroom. During this visit, we annotate the current plumbing and electrical outlets and create a rough sketch of the space. After carefully measuring the walls, windows, and doorways, this sketch plan will identify the placement of new cabinets and appliances within the designated area. All gathered information is then entered into a CAD (Computer Aided Design) system, which produces several 3D images showing what the finished project will look like before ordering the cabinets. Throughout this process, we engage in discussions with the client to accommodate any changes based on their requirements, ensuring the final design reflects their vision for their kitchens in Auburn.
INSTALLATION/CONSTRUCTION:
The remodel project starts with a tear-out of the existing features. Following this, all electrical and plumbing work is completed in accordance with state code requirements, preparing the space for the installation of eco cabinets. Any necessary room alterations such as walls, windows, gas lines, and extra electrical work are handled by our team, maintaining the ‘One Stop Shop’ theme throughout the project. Once the preparations are complete, the new cabinets are installed, followed by finish carpentry work. Flooring installation occurs after the cabinetry is finished. These same principles apply not only to kitchen remodels but also to bathroom remodels and any other home remodeling projects we undertake within the client's home.
